FAQ
My work is not therapy—it’s coaching and consulting designed to create both inner regulation and external systems of support.
Therapy often focuses on processing the past, exploring emotions in depth, and treating mental health conditions. My services are forward-focused and action-oriented. While I draw on trauma-informed and neurodivergent-informed practices,I maintain clear ethical boundaries between coaching and therapy. I don’t diagnose, treat, or provide clinical mental health care. Instead, I help clients build embodied safety, develop sustainable habits, and design systems so life and work feel lighter, clearer, and more aligned.
Somatic embodiment is the practice of coming back into your body and using its signals as a guide. In sessions, this might look like:
Learning to notice and release tension
Identifying where stress and anxiety 'live' in your body
Building a new connection to cues like breath, posture, movement
Using gentle, body-based tools
(like Non-Linear Movement, grounding, and micro-movements) to regulate your nervous system and reconnect with a sense of pleasure and aliveness in the body
These practices focus on shifting from constant 'doing' to living in alignment with the wisdom of your body, emotions, and cycles.
