EF Coaching for Young Adults (Age 12-21)
Helping Teens Build Skills, Confidence, and Self-Awareness
Service Description
Adolescence is a season of change—academics, friendships, self-identity, and big decisions all arrive at once. For neurodivergent teens, or those struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, or overwhelm, this time can feel especially heavy. Description: Our coaching provides a supportive space for teens to strengthen executive functioning skills while also learning how to manage emotions, build self-awareness, and create healthy systems of support. The goal is not just better grades or organization—it’s helping teens feel confident, capable, and more at ease in their own skin. What We Focus On Organization & Planning Teens learn how to break large projects and assignments into clear, manageable steps. Time Awareness & Prioritization We create simple, flexible schedules that work with their brain and their life. Focus & Follow-Through Coaching builds strategies to reduce distractions and complete tasks with less stress. Stress & Emotion Regulation Teens develop tools for navigating anxiety, frustration, and overwhelm—using somatic embodiment practices to ground themselves. Social-Emotional Skills Drawing from the CASEL SEL framework, we nurture self-awareness, self-management, responsible decision-making, relationship skills, and social awareness. Self-Advocacy Teens practice communicating their needs clearly to teachers, peers, and family members. Post-Graduation Planning Together, we explore career interests, college options, trade programs, and other pathways after high school. Coaching helps teens make informed decisions and build realistic routines for success. ✨ The result? Teens leave with practical strategies they can use right away—plus the confidence and self-awareness to navigate life’s challenges with resilience. Optional parent wrap-up for the last 5 minutes of the session (if desired)
